Cosmedics Medical Spa - Policy & Procedures

Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For parties of five or more, a 20% gratuity fee will be added to regular service prices.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of appointment or purchase and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts.

Guest Cancellation
We kindly request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all Medical Spa Services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% fee.

Medical Spa Information
For us to better serve you, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client, a profile will need to be filled out prior to your service or consultation.

Jewelry
We suggest leaving valuables at home prior to your visit with us.

Cell Phones
Out of consideration for our guest, cell phone usage is not permitted in the medical spa.

Children and Teens
12 years is the minimum age requirement for services. Children under 11 years are not permitted in the service area or treatment rooms unless supervised at all times by an adult. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.

Purchases
All sales are final and non-refundable.
